How to Make
Print out the template. For your silver hat:- Cut out your template onto the silver card, making sure to hole punch the marked areas and fold where the dotted line is. Roll into itself creating your pointed cone shape. Make sure the folded section is on the inside out of sight before sticking into place using double sided tape.
- Cut a rectangle of black sugar paper and personalise with a gold deco pen and stick into place using double sided tape.
- Glue a glitter pom-pom onto the point using a glue gun and hold in place while it dries.
- Using your black deco pen draw dots of different sizes leaving spaces in between each one.
- Tie a length of elastic through the holes and its ready to wear!
- Cut out your template onto the black card, making sure to hole punch the marked areas and fold where the dotted line is.
- Before gluing into place, personalise but making sure to keep it in between the hole punches so its centred and clear to read once worn.
- Roll into itself creating your pointed cone shape. Make sure the folded section is on the inside out of sight before sticking into place using double sided tape.
- Cut some lengths of pipe cleaners approx. 8cm and push through the top of the hat and secure into place from the inside using tape.
- Decorate with small glitter stars, tie a length of elastic through the holes and its ready to wear!
- Cut out your template onto the black sugar paper, making sure to hole punch the marked areas and fold where the dotted line is.
- Before gluing into place, personalise or write your 2024 message with a gold deco pen making sure to keep it in between the hole punches so its centred and clear to read once worn.
- Roll into itself creating your pointed cone shape. Make sure the folded section is on the inside out of sight before sticking into place using double sided tape.
- Cut pipe cleaners approx. 8cm in length and push through the top of the hat and secure into place from the inside using tape. Bending them into different directions.
- Decorate with small glitter stars, tie a length of elastic through the holes and its ready to wear!
