How to Make
- Cut strips of felt in red and white about 12 cm x 1.5 cm you will need 5 of each colour.
- Then cut 10 strips of blue felt 6 cm x 1 cm.
- Fold and stick each strip into a loop.
- Now cut a square of felt roughly 5x5 and stick your red and white strips alternating in a circle onto it.
- Then when dry stick the blue strips in a circle on top of this.
- Then stick the template onto the front.
- Cut strips of metallic card about 6 cm x 1 cm.
- cutting a small triangle out of one end of each strip to resemble ribbon.
- Now stick these in between each red and white strip from the back.
- Stick on a pin badge and let dry.
- Decorate with little stars.
