How to Make

1. First take your blue plate and cut out the middle.
2. Then take a self-adhesive sheet unpeel one side and stick your plate in the middle.
3. Cut small squares of light blue crepe paper and stick them onto the sticky sheet in the plate.
4. Next cut out the template from blue card and stick two sticky sheets to cover the cut outs.
5. Fill these with the dark blue crepe paper cut into squares.
6. Trim around the edges of the hair.
7. Now peel the backing of the hair back just enough to stick to the plate.
8. Cut out the eyes and ears from the template, colour the eyes and stick them on.
9. Stick the ears sticking out behind the hair.
10. Draw a smile.
11. To stick on the window peel of the backing and stick.
